The Langcaster "Sustainiac"
The Langcaster Sustainiac's body is hand-crafted from 35,000 year-old Swamp Kauri. The Strat-style maple neck contains two-way adjustable truss rod and two graphite reinforcement bars for greater stability, longer sustain, and less adjustments for seasonal changes. The neck innovations continue Langcaster's tilted headstock and EarVana compensation nut. These innovations eliminate the need for string trees and allow for cleaner, crisper open notes. The neck is finished off with and with and shell inlayed logo and a rosewood fretboard.
The pickup configuration features two single coil Kinman AVN pickups in the bridge and middle positions, and a Sustainiac Sustainer pickup in the neck position. The hardware configuration is completed by a Schaller steel block tremolo and locking straps.
